Refunds and Cancellations

14-day make-it-work guarantee
- If you followed the lessons and your first batch did not turn out well, write to us within 14 days of purchase from the email you bought with, with a photo of the batch and a short note on what you did.
- We will first help you fix the problem. If it still does not work after you try our fix, we refund the full amount you paid.
- Refunds are not given for change of mind, or for expecting something the product page does not offer (for example a video course, moulds, ingredients or a physical product).
- The guarantee applies once per person. With a refund, your licence ends and you must delete the files.
Cancellations
Because access is delivered instantly by email, an order cannot be cancelled after payment. If you paid twice by mistake, write to us and we will refund the duplicate payment in full.
Failed payments
If money was debited but the payment failed, your bank usually reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days. Write to us with the payment reference if it does not.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
